1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Doctors Presco ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, patients, registered users, doctors, clinics, hospitals, and labs listed on Doctors Presco.
2. Platform Description
Doctors Presco is a healthcare directory and appointment booking platform focused on West Bengal. We connect patients with healthcare providers — doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic labs. Doctors Presco is an information and discovery platform and is not a medical service provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Patient Terms
Registration: You must provide accurate, truthful information when creating a patient account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
Bookings: Appointment requests submitted through Doctors Presco are enquiries only. Confirmation is subject to doctor/clinic availability. Doctors Presco does not guarantee appointment confirmation.
Reviews: Reviews must be genuine and based on your personal experience. False, defamatory, or spam reviews are prohibited and will be removed.
Medical Advice: Information on Doctors Presco is for general information only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
4. Doctor / Clinic / Lab Terms
Listing Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information including qualifications, registration numbers, timings, and fees. Inaccurate information may result in listing removal.
Verification: Doctors Presco verifies listings before publishing. Providing false credentials is prohibited and may result in permanent ban and legal action.
Portal Access: Your portal login credentials must be kept secure. You are responsible for all actions taken through your portal account.
Reviews: You cannot solicit, incentivise, or remove genuine patient reviews. Attempting to manipulate review scores is prohibited.
Response to Enquiries: Listed healthcare providers are expected to respond to patient enquiries within 24 hours during business days.
5. Prohibited Uses
You must not use Doctors Presco to:
• Provide false or misleading information
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission
• Circumvent security measures or access controls
• Spam, harass, or harm other users
• Promote services outside your verified specialty/category
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate search rankings or reviews
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
6. Intellectual Property
The Doctors Presco brand, logo, platform design, and software are owned by Doctors Presco and protected by intellectual property law. Doctor profiles, clinic listings, and user-submitted content remain the property of the submitting party, but you grant Doctors Presco a non-exclusive licence to display and use this content on the platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Doctors Presco is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
• The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Doctor/clinic information is always up-to-date
• Appointment requests will always be confirmed
• Medical outcomes will meet patient expectations
Doctors Presco is not liable for the quality of medical services provided by listed healthcare providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doctors Presco and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to medical outcomes, missed appointments, or data loss.
9. Account Termination
Doctors Presco reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users. Platform administrators may remove any listing or review without prior notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nadia District, West Bengal, India.
